I’ve since made it my mission to help other men fathers, leaders, workers do the same. My writing is grounded in real conversations, lived experience, and a deep belief in practical, lasting change.

For over two decades, I served in law enforcement, where every decision mattered and the stakes were often life or death. The job demanded toughness but rarely left space for vulnerability. Over time, I saw the emotional toll that unaddressed stress and internalized pressure took on me and my colleagues. That experience ignited my commitment to finding better tools for emotional endurance.
